Frialde and wife Liga President Mam Frialde monitors the flooded barangays in
Mangaldan for evaluation to substantiate the declaration of state of calamity
in Mangaldan and possible rescue of flood victims for the benefit of Mangaldan
constituents. I salute them indeed their concern for the safety of our town's
people.
